Shipping & Handling Options: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size. During the check out process you will see the shipping cost prior to completing your order. All craft orders are shipped within 4 business days. The shippng time is generally 2 to 5 days. We currently only ship to the United States. Local Delivery is no longer available. Backorder and Out-of-stock Items: We try to keep all items in stock. If you get a message at check out that says we do not have enough of the item to fill your order, you can do one of two things: 1) reduce the quantity ordered, or 2) give us a call to make sure we can make more of the item for you and we can set the system up to accept the full quantity you would like to order. For most items, we can make more. However, sometimes the supplies needed to make that item are no longer available, thus we cannot make more. Returns Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, Craft Treasures will replace the item and cover any additional shipping charges. You must notify Craft Treasures within 2 weeks of delivery in order for a replacement product to be sent. We do need proof of damage. You can simply take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us. General Returns: (Any returns NOT due to damage during shipping) Returns will be accepted up to 2 weeks after delivery. You will be responsible for the return postage. Once the item is returned, you will receive a refund for ONLY THE PURCHASE PRICE and tax if applicable.
