Is everything at Craft Treasures handmade.
All of the crafts are handmade. Kirstin takes care of customizing the letterhead for real estate agents. In general, the craft supplies are not handmade, but sometimes we have a few supplies that are.
I have a coupon. How do I use it?
During the checkout process you will enter the coupon code.
After you select your shipping method, click continue.
On the following page, just below the paypal option there is a sections that says "Gift vouchers/Discount Coupons".
Enter your coupon code in the bax next to "Enter Redeem Code."
Then click redeem.
You should now see that the coupon has been applied to your order.
Why won't my coupon work?
There are a few reasons:
1. Make sure you entered the coupon code in correctly. It is case sensitive, so check that you typed it in with the correct upper or lower case.
2. Check the experation date. We do not process expired coupons.
3. You may have a one time use coupon code. That means, if you have used this coupon code before to make a purchase, you cannot use it again.
Where is your store located?
Right now, we are a homebased business in Hazlet, NJ. We have our eye on a store front in Keansburg. Whether or not we open a physical store depends on the success of our online shop.
How do I order the custom stationary?
To order the custom stationary, simply add it to your cart and check out as normal. Once we receive your order we will email your instructions. You will need to complete a form with all of your information. You can also give us additional insturctions, such as your companies required disclaimers, state rules and regulations for real estate agent stationary, etc. Your photo and company logo can be emailed or mailed to us.
How customizable is the stationary?
We do not alter the layout or design. Items that can be customized are: your name, contact information, company information, headshot, company logo, font size to adhere to state real estate laws, disclaimers that your company or state may require on letterhead and things of that nature.
We understand that every state and real estate company has it's own rules and regulations regarding how agents present themselves to the public. These rules almost always apply to stationary. We are always willing to accomodate any necessary modifications to meet state guidelines.
Craft Treasures does NOT know all the state and company rules, so you must provide them to us. We always recomend that you have your broker review the proof we send you. He or she should be able to confirm that it complies with all local guidelines.
